Is Valtra built by Fendt?

I read somewhere on the net that Valtra is a Finnish brand of Fendt. Is this true? Does anyone have info on this?

Valtra, fendt and mf are all agco. They share a lot of stuff. The engine in the new fendt 500 is from finland. And they buy a lot of stuff from elsewhere, like many others.. zf gearboxes as an example

No valtra is not a fendt
Valtra and Massey ferguson are almost identicial apart from the premium valtra cab and finnish specs.
Fendt so far have resisted playing ball with it's sisters cause of german pride...
