I rented the train on Elm creek map and loaded it full then send it and no payment why?

Drove it of the map yourself, or send it on it's way?
Been playing WAAAAY to many hours - PC with Logitech G27 and Thrustmaster Simtask Farmstick

How to load wood chips is it the same as grain?
