i got big lag zone for no reason

hi , when i play ,i got frequently big lag zone but i have no idea what is the cause i got from 60 fps to 17 even 5 sometime
i guess some mod can be the cause but am not sure at all which one i am started to get pi** by those lag zone ,please help me
