Cow’s suddenly stopped eating and producing

My cows have suddenly stopped eating and producing milk and slurry. I'm using Maizeplus with the animal food additions. it was working fine but suddenly not anymore. I tried seeing if it was one of the mods using a new savegame on the same map. but when using all mods it all works fine. So my guess is it's not one of the mods? Anybody have any idea?
