Lost Connection during synchronizing data with other players (PS5)

Just recently bought Farming Simulator for the hopes to play multiplayer with friends. Every time we try to join each other, the first time it goes to the next loading screen where it says "Synchronizing data with other players". I get to 99% every time and my buddy gets to 10% every time and then I get the "lost connection" message. We have tried with and without mods, taken away DLC's and everything. Is there a way to play with my buddy?
