Giants company

Post by Joedizzey »

Why can't we have a giants building in the United States so when the German company goes on vacation this company still works on testing mods.

They have a branch office in the USA. And by the way, Giants is a Swiss company...

Why cant you just be grateful for what mods you have instead of whining like an entitled brat?

Oh yes once again we end the year on a low note. I feel like this question pops up every year. Mean things are said and people disappear when giants comes back. I see we've moved on to the name calling stage already so things are about to heat up lol

🍿🍿🍿🍺🍺🍺 Beer with my popcorn on a Wednesday at lunch because my employer gave me the week off as well and I’m from the United States. And before anyone says it’s too easy now I’ve worked over 3,000 hours this year and I deserve a break. And I’m willing to bet plenty of others, including Giants do too. Merry Christmas Scrooge.

@UncleRico You got the whole week off? lucky lol
I only got 4.5 days off for Christmas and will be getting another 3 days off for New Years.
I've done right at 3120hrs this year.

That’s plenty of hours for a year my friend. Yeah the week between Christmas and New Years off with New Years included. It’s been really nice and it’s appreciated, we made them a **** load of money this year so a little recognition is nice.

Haha, I can’t complain they treat me well. But I’ve been there just shy of 20 years and I also wake up at any hour of the night, any day of the year if I’m called for an emergency. So it’s a trade off. 🤷‍♂️

From what I've seen most contractors, excavation, etc seems to be shut down during this time. At least this year seems that way. That's good they treat you good. I get treated good as well. Hopefully we are all so fortunate again next year!

For OP
And the topic at hand. Yes, Giants shuts down for some time every year. Although I agree that the mods make this game have the shelf life it does, they are not an essential service. I look at it as a nice break to focus on playing with what I have, or even take a break myself and enjoy the moment.
