Contracts flashing oup then disappear

The contracts, using the better contracts mod, on our official server flash up for a split second and then disappear. Makes it difficult to earn any money in the early game.

Contracts appear when we take the better contracts mod off but the mod is usually really good and means we can control what the NPCs do.
