Silver Forest - Pallets not spawning, and autosell money not showing in account

Hello!

I have been searching for a fix or guidance as to why I can't see my prefab walls that are being placed into storage at my sawmill. It is a purchased building, and not one that was already on the map. I also have a purchased carpentry building that was producing furniture, but no pallets ever showed up for it either. I have checked both sawmills that are a part of the map and they are not at either of those. I tried selling my furniture instead of storing it because I'm not as concerned about it as the prefab walls. The furniture appears to have sold, but I never received payment. The account didn't increase, and there was nothing in the game ledger. Any guidance on this would be great!
