[PC Steam] Cloud visual bug

Hello, I have a problem with sky?/cloud? graphics. You can see in this video: https://streamable.com/7q7w6g. I've tried everything, from changing graphics settings from the lowest to the highest to verifying the game files. Maybe someone has some suggestions to solve the problem?
