Land yo lease or for sale

Hi all don't know if it's been asked before but I can't see it, but my question is...
On Calmsden and court farm there are pieces of land that say to let / buy but if I buy the land the sign stays and I can't get rid of it.
Any suggestions?

I think you can get rid of the signs by going into the Construction menu.
When you are there, click on the red button in the right corner that says "disasemble" or or something similar.

If I remember correctly, that's how you do it.
