FLICKERING SKY

All of a sudden the sky has started to flicker it has thin high cloud travelling at lightning speed. I have taken every mod out and still same problem .Tried lots of different maps and have uninstalled farm sim and reinstalled still the same. Possible to play during the day just anoying but at night you have a massive lightning storm.
