Get Platinum and Premium products names

I'd like to add things like potato chips from premium DLC into my modded factories with customised recipes. So I need their fill type names to use them correctly, where can I get them?
PS: Is in possible to disable vanilla factories on a modded map, like bakery, etc. I'd like to keep all crops and vehicles but I don't want vanilla factories or actually most of other buildings to be purchasable in the build menu. Is it possible somehow?

Create a savegame on the map of the Premium DLC Zielonka. In the savegame in the placeables.xml at the sales points are all fillTypes in it where are accepted, including those from the DLC.
