Xbox dlc don't showing up

Hello, I was purchased platinum edition game (pre-ordered), and doesn't played for several months. Today I've noticed that hay and forage pack and class xerion pack are don't available in game menu, but in Xbox menu they are checked as installed. Any ways to fix this problem?
