The Game Did Not Save

I'm having the issue of where my game does not save after having mods previously downloaded. I've deleted the mods from my files, tried to save and it doesn't allow me too. Tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it and still the same outcome. Restarted my computer to see if that was the issue, and nothing. Turned off cloud sync still doesn't allow me to save. The log file still shows mods, but they aren't downloaded or anything at all. I've checked all the files and there aren't any mods at all. Been trying to get ahold of someone in technical support for a while and haven't heard anything back from them. So, any help is appreciated. Thanks!
