Cotton contracts costing instead of paying

Elm Creek ps5... Impossible to complete cotton harvesting contract on field 9...if leasing equipment and if it gives you the JD round cotton bailer, you can't finish because the bailer won't empty a partial bale after harvesting all the field.

And then once you abandon the contract, you are charged for the missing crops.

I thought this stuff was fixed long ago.... Very sad @giants.
