It's a center pointer and with it you can choose the blue Icons or maschines or if you want to buy land ... see the description left below the map.

It says move icon whatever that means but its very irritating screen keeps jumping and makes it very hard to place buildings!!!

The jumping is usually caused by something clipping in and out of the camera view. Nothing you can do other than look at a different angle or place elsewhere.

I don't know, what you both talking about placing, because when I follow the link to one drive, I see the map and not the build mode:

I never looked at the link but the message before mine mentioned the screen jumping while trying to place buildings. As you are aware, you can only place a building in the construction menu and not the image you shared

Do you see the square box by field 11? That thing was messing up even in construct mode!

What do you mean by 'messing up'? Because that IS just the pointer for navigating the map, there isn't a single way that would be present in construction mode.

I suppose there could be a glitch where the map cursor shows in build mode - you can get some odd results jumping to the ESC menu.

It was in construction mode tooo. Just try and place a building with that thing there! The building I was trying to place was bouncing all over I ended up deleting it.

No it isn't. There is a cursor but it is entirely different. The jumping is caused by what I said above in the thread

I wish I had taken a picture of it bouncing around but evidently it was a bug or glitch cause its gone now thank heavens!!!
