Trolls and Griefers

Looking for advice on how to track trolls and griefers.

Playing with a bunch of guys on an open server.
We want to keep it open so we can attract possible players.
Lots of defensive measures have been taken restricting areas and fencing in problem parts of the maps, but you cant prevent everything.

Looking for ideas on how to track people who are trolls and just destroy everything they touch so we can ban them.

What do you do?
FS22 on PC, FS14, FS16, FS20 on iPhone Not a gamer. Most gamer jargon goes over my head.
Started playing for the education about farming.

Amateur (noob) Farmer 5 mostly forested acres
Tractor: Kubota M4900 (54HP), w/ Loader bucket and forks
Attachments: log splitter, Chipper/shredder, finish mower, scrape blade, rock rake, double moldboard plow, rototiller, Garden Bedder

Is there a way to report griefers and Trolls to Giants for violating user rules or something?
just caught two guys Goldboygamer915 an d BlsuhedBroom17 trying to flip our tractors.

That is the problem. The guys with Admin are the only ones who can ban and only if they are online at the same time.

That's the risk of open servers with no passwords. It's always a game of cat and mouse
