Streaming Encoder Issue

I've been streaming FS22 on YouTube for a few weeks now, but last Tuesday we ran into an issue. The game loads fine, but the minute I load into the map my GPU encoder shoots down to 0% and kills my stream. Today I streamed on Discord instead of running it through Streamlabs OBS to YouTube and it was fine. There must be some issue then with Streamlabs and FS22? Every other game that I play on stream works great.
