Dedicated server stops and dusent boot game

the server start booting but stops on this line of code:
datas/character/player01/clothes/tops/top denim jacket.i3d
and dus nothing an thus dusent start the game up .
also cant run the game when i try to load via steam it just opens the loading dedicated server box
plz help me out, cous i cant find a solution annyware and its driving me nuts.
i just whant to play whit my friend on a new map thats all i ask.
