Bad Performance

Hi everyone
I facing very bad performance and fps on FS22 on my computer. Almost all games i can play on High/Ultra in 4K but FS22 is bad. No matter what i do its horrible performance
My specs
Fresh installed Win 11 x64 Pro
RTX 4070Ti 12Gb
64Gb DDR4 3600MHz
Ryzen 7 5800X
Game is installed on Nvme M2 1Tb
Latest Nvidia drivers and all other drivers installed.
No mods in FS22 just stock maps and vehicles nothing added.
I try lower graphic, try reinstalling nothing help
