Been gone 18 months and forgot

I've been away 18 months and I have a very bad memory. I have mods installed but don't know how they work. It's difficult because I don't have Internet on my PC and I'm on my phone to try and find out what they do and how to use them. I want to get back in and enjoy . Thanks

It would be helpful if you tell us what your questions actually are and relating to which mod(s). On some mods, there may already be some ReadMe file inside the ZIP or some comments inside the XML files which could give general hints on their function.

I was asking if there a place I can search mods I have that maybe isn't on mobhub . I have about 30 mods and with 20 roughly I need to find out how they work. I have no Internet apart from my phone or I have to wait until my PC can have Internet again.

I have the guidance steering (GPS) where I have to have GPS on vehicle but I'm sure I knew a better mod for this that didn't need GPS in vehicle

Well, if your mobile phone's internet has enough bandwidth and data volume to watch videos, then what is the issue to use any search engine to give you quick results on those mods? What is the actual problem you need help on? For best results, I recommend that you'd use the full file name (starting with FS22_ ...... ) of the downloaded ZIP files on the search. This should almost instantly direct you to some page with the mod's description.

If your phone has internet then you can tether it to your PC.
