Mods not loading in

So just recently I’d been playing the game and using outside mods. Quit one night on the game and came back the next day and all the mods were gone. Nothing had been messed with between the time I shut the game down and started it up again. Mods are all still in the folder but mods are not showing up in game. What can I do to fix this?
