If there was a Wagon group this wouldn't happen

LOL.

I was playing on PS5. Searched everywhere for a flat-bed hay wagon ... except Bale Loaders! Why are wagons under Bale Loaders!

Can't figure out how to get these bales out now, think I'll just roll it on a hill and see if they fall out, or at least I can get 'em with a fork. This was a contract job and I need the money $$

Loving the game otherwise. You can see by my join date, the last version I played was 2011 ... so it's different :D

Wagons if what I always called them. Hay Wagons. Maybe it's regional.

Problem solved! Pushed the trailer over with the fork, got the bales and then lifted it back on its wheels with the fork. Love the problem solving you can do.

Both base game trailers, Welger DK115 and Brantner DD24073/2 XXL can be configured as platform wagons.
You can re-configure them in your own workshop to adjust them to your current needs.

But, but, but... Passing over a sale trigger or in a stable?

Looks like a perfectly legit way of unloading to me.

But I'm wondering: those are 180cm bales, right? If you would be tipping that trailer, they should start sliding out.

That's what I thought ... but I couldn't find a way to get it to dump in PS5 (Usually over a dump it's R1+triangle)

Ah, OK. I have no idea how it is handled on console, but on PC there is usually an option "tip here" even if not on a dump position. But I guess you need to be on owned ground for this to work.

Another possible hack for a forced trailer tipping: fill a bit of any goods from your farm silo into the trailer and unload it back again.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

Why do it the smart way when there's a fun way?

L1 R1 and triangle should make it tip anywhere. Won't work over a sell point though

Giants' categorisation for flatbeds is a bit odd as they fall under low loaders, bale loaders and regular trailers with a flatbed config.
And then the curtain sider profi-liner is under misc.
I would suggest that the bale loaders category is kept for bale chasing/stacking trailers that load themselves and flat bed/deck trailers become their own category so you aren't looking for a krone profi-liner (hd) in the bale loading equipment.

Wheeled Patio-decks

... that's what the (new) category should be called.

:)
