`extrtagears I installedextra gears but Iit'sfighting and I'm looseing

[Kc-Trouble]

I have a G29 with ACC,BRK, Clt, it also has the 6 position shifter and heavy equipment side panel all made by Logitech
and a aftermarket shifter knob with 2 flip witches and 1 button (momentary) I use for reverse toggle.
until I started messing with the settings I never had this is happen!

I did and know how to map keys however there is some I need help with.
gears 1 - 6 work great as does the rev. button
7-10,-18 don't
I know it's me doing something wrong
or missing a step but I can't find what I'm doing wrong
the switches are working (showing their address in the key binding area) shows they are working correctly

because anything with auto transmission (70% or more will not start till fix this, my 200mil farm is on hold till then

the ERROR msg is: PRESS CLUTCH to start engine. (no clutch to push )

Even though automatics don't have a clutch I pressed mine nothing happens on both kbd and pedals the left shift (for confirming I was not bucking a hardware problem Hardware is ok

or is it a bug?
