Bug reporting useless? (FS23 AI, slurry, and gas bugs)

I submitted a bug weeks ago. FS 23 is absolutely full of bugs. Mostly namely with AI pathing, slurry being used when the AI are turning and the sprayer is off, and visual bugs like the gas station being blank. Why even have a bug report page if they dont get looked at?

It certainly seems to be. I posted several glitches months ago and haven’t heard or seen anything done about it.

On the Bug-tracker?
They do check the tickets, but they are really lousy when it comes to giving feedback.

Usually you only hear from them if the need more information, or, if you're lucky, when they have closed the ticket.

I bought the OXBO DLC but the OXBO overloading harvester is not working. I reported the bug but still no response. In the meantime, the DLC is unusable for me. It's bizarre that there isn't even a response like we're working on it or something
