since update v1.13.1.1, streaming internet radios has had issues, the radios become laggy/glitchy after 5 seconds of playing, there is no issue with the radio links themselves, as going back to game version 1.13.1.0 fixes the issue and they work fine again, I have tried verifying my game files but this has no effect, and the issue remains loading the game with or without mods.
the base game 3rd party radios, such as trucksim fm, simulator radio, simulator hits etc. all work fine. the issue only happens with my own radio links I've added, but as I mention above, I don't believe the links to be at fault, as they were fine before update 1.13.1.1, and reverting fs back to the game version before allows them to work fine.
