Alternatively, you could have a side wall that does the same, and has the light switch on that. Of course, the builder would need to know what size/layout the building would be.
I think that sounds good. I will combine it with a roof Part. So you can go in and turn on the lights with "r"

Is there any plan to have tiles bigger than 5m x 5m? Mainly asking for a three or even four tile wide garage door! With the proper height to the door a combine with a large draper head would be able to drive into the barn. I utilize the mounted light pack to place hanging lights as I am placing the roof tiles.

I haven't had such plans yet.
How large do you need them?

Then i would add the big open ones.

If I could choose? I would get it as big as the wall sized door from the millenial farmer mod. But in your configuration at the roof height. That would allow any implement, even the largest cultivator (folded up) to enter the barn. That would be amazing!

Hey! I love this mod so much and was wondering if you can add a 90degree corner for making L shaped halls!!

There’s the inner corners but no outer corners

I’ve been using your mods for a while and have no complaints!

Short update for you guys:

I have now completed the first update.

Some new parts will be included:
New:
- a wide gate with a width of around 20m - greetings to @bananahammock
- a side door
- the missing corner in three height levels - greetings to @GiancarloCfarmer and Urinal2001
- variable walls are now also available for the gable walls: 3 height levels, including walls with gates and/or doors - greetings to @Imnotyou
- I have also added side walls, which have 1.5 the size of a normal sidewall. These are available as windows, walls and corners
- Roofs now have skylights. There are corner components and then the skylights in 10, 20 and 30m lengths. These "prefabricated" roofs also have lights that can be activated inside the hall. There will be no light switches available, because otherwise that would restrict construction too much. - greetings to @duncan_101

Changes:
- I have now closed the gap above the gates, as many people didn't like that.
- the components can now be rotated in 15° increments. But please note that these cannot always fit together perfectly.
- the roof color now corresponds more to the original Giants halls.

Planned: :-)
- Partition walls for the halls (as decoration)
- Office space (as decoration)
- Root crop storage, i.e. walls for tipping
- Silo system for grain
- Grain drying
- Farm shop
- Farm production

The pack was actually finished a week ago. Last week i wanted to test it and then send it to the Modhub. - Um, yes, the plan didn't work. Unfortunately my PC is no longer working well and I took it to my trusted PC specialist. So the update will unfortunately be delayed. The pictures I wanted to show you will have to wait a bit. But I'll let you know as soon as I know more. Until then, I hope you have fun in the LS and a nice summer.

Regards, Farmerfivetom

Believe me, I HATE THE ROOF!!! I can't get the lights where I want them, the panels overlap on the inside.....HOWEVER. I love the freedom to have a door that my 50 FT header can drive into, straight into the multi-header lift. Having the ability to store all my equipment under one roof is AMAZING.
I also play on Huron County Michigan map and I farm 1800+ acres and having the ability to park all that equipment under one roof, service it, fuel it is worth having the most Picasso roof ever.
The next update should alleviate the corner issues and that will make things easier to have the internal looking downspouts and that might make the roof look more realistic......I will try my best while still keeping the ability to park my equipment under the same roof.
