Multiplayer Stuck loading at 0%

Hello, me and my friends have been trying to play multi together , but the game simply sometimes works and sometimes not at all. It only gets stuck at 0%, and mine sometimes crashes but thats my problem and not important, if i could load in every time, restarting the server is the only thing that helps , but we might as well not play at all with the frequency of this issue. Our server is hosted by one of my friends. Idk what else to put here. thats the issue so far.
