Re: Farming Simulator 25
There are a LOT of British players who have NEVER had a British map from GIANTS, unlike the European players who get one in every release ... so wind your neck in and get back in your basket.Lexie wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 10:34 pm I'm afraid the European map is Zielonka, as they are on both games mentioned as central European. For FS25 it's mentioned like this: Enjoy a scenic Central European location with green fields between ponds and rivers. Zielonka has ponds and rivers and normally the last map DLC is included in the new game. So if this is the case, no new European map until end of 2025, when a Bristisch/Scottisch map will be released. If this is the case, no buy for me, at least until this DLC is released. Also not a smart move it this is the case, because there are a lot of players in Europe, also wanting a new European map.

Re: Farming Simulator 25
Why does anyone get excited by Giants maps? They're always sub par to what good map modders make. And the UK has always been particularly well served by map modders. Arguably more so than anywhere else in the world. There's two top tier UK maps coming out for FS25 pretty early on by the looks of things.TheGazbeard wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 2:08 pmThere are a LOT of British players who have NEVER had a British map from GIANTS, unlike the European players who get one in every release ... so wind your neck in and get back in your basket.

So, we can criticize their maps, but everything else needs to be sugar coated, got it.Mobias wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 8:16 pmWhy does anyone get excited by Giants maps? Re: Farming Simulator 25
I'm not going back anywhere, UK is Europe too. There has never been a Giants map of the country I live in, but I always play on a European map. As I said, I will wait for the UK/Scotland map before buying FS25, and play on that map. So maybe start reading first before you say get back in your basket. And now get back in your basket!TheGazbeard wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 2:08 pmThere are a LOT of British players who have NEVER had a British map from GIANTS, unlike the European players who get one in every release ... so wind your neck in and get back in your basket.Lexie wrote: ↑Tue Jun 25, 2024 10:34 pm I'm afraid the European map is Zielonka, as they are on both games mentioned as central European. Talking about British maps... I wonder how the new AI and GPS will handle fields surrounded by hedgerows.
When in doubt, look intelligent.
Re: Farming Simulator 25
From the video of the GPS system, the AI or GPS first making a couple of rounds on the headland, so hopefully this works fine on fields with hedgerows too. Hopefully we're also getting natural shaped fields now, instead of square fields.

Giants would have been buried alive in hate if they added what you wanted. It’s basically a tractor driving arcade game with elements of a simulation. Very few people want to yoke some oxen and plow fields. Not to mention they won’t even let you drop your cattle off at a butcher or make a little table wine with your grapes. Seems unlikely they’d highlight the perpetual poverty of south east Asia that’s brought on by years of brutal repressive regimes, colonialism, and murderous dictatorships and exploit it for entertainment.TheGazbeard wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 2:17 pm I heard the game was getting rice and expected ...

Giants listens to everyone but the players, who support them.Urinal2001 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 19, 2024 2:09 pmCheerful little sausage, aren't you?UncleRico wrote: ↑Fri Jul 19, 2024 12:21 pm Giants would have been buried alive in hate if they added what you wanted. Beyond a certain point, it's just bordering on masochism.
"Ow, it hurts, stop doing this to me!
*hands over money*
....Do it some more."
