In the Zielonka map can you buy the grain mill or do you hafta build your own?

I don't know about you, but I would click on the grain mill and see what happens. If nothing happens, then I probably can't buy it. However, if a price appears, then it's likely I can buy it. That's one way to know.

And as I said, if you can find a Grain Mill... The one you have been searching on is probably the Grain Elevator.

What's the difference between mill and elevator?

The mill converts grain to flour and the elevator is just a sell point.

Can the editor move buildings? I have a building that I bought that I wanna move but dont wanna waste money on selling the building then buying it again!!

No, the building you bought and placed is stored with coordinates in your savegame, you can't use Giants editor to modify savegames. The only way is to sell and rebuy or to manually edit the buildings coordinates.
