I think it is included in the MH guidelines, but you must have a min. 100k downloads (i think) and then you can write a ticket with the information about attaching the banner (172x47 px) and the link to which it should redirect.

But I have to write the ticket or it will appear at the messenger tab?

You have to write to them yourself via ticket.
