FS22 Crashing on Game Load

Hello,

I am unable to load or create a new save game as it crashes to desktop at 28% loaded each time.

I have reinstalled the sim, and don't have any mods selected. I have also done a fresh reinstall of the graphics driver.
Game is installed through steam and the files have been verified.
I have also uninstalled and reinstalled all mods.

I have had no issues until now.
