Maybe there is something in your proposal I don't quite understand - but what do you think the slurry and manure spreaders are for?

That´s a great idea (GIANTS already thought of this) ...
Now ... if we can just have the manure as per usual ... please and thank you! ...

This doesnt work. it doesnt solve the issue of the manure spawn point (the heap) disconnecting from its generation point (the barn) once you stop or close the game.

I just tested this thinking, there is no way its that simple. I was correct.

I'd like to try adding manure storage to the barn and unloading it from there just like slurry or milk, while a bit unrealistic, at least I'm not running a 250 cow farm that produces NO MANURE.

Worst thing about the bale net is that it all looks the same when the bales come out. You wouldn't know you were using one brand or the other. The Kuhn bale net is clearly black, but its white on the bale. The John Deer is yellow, white on the bale.

Like, fine, but manure is a pretty big deal to not have working...
I agree a basic thing like Manure Not working is a pretty major issue i could see if they fixed it and while where at it add this bale wrap brand and such, but big fixes always need to be first
Well don't get me wrong I don't want to defend Giants, or any multi millioner game dev studio.
But the net wrap thing has nothing to do with the programers whom fixing bugs that affect functions. It was made by the art team, so it didn't take away time from fixing the bug. The coding for it was done well before even beta phase.

Non the less this is a game breaking bug, or at least a really huge problem.

Also anyone can verify if the slurry silo extension is still the correct one to place next to a barn? If so does it supposed to have an unload icon, like the manure heap?
While the manure heap for me was working after replacing it once, than I had no furter issues with it (on Zielonka). But I realised I don't need it so I replaced it with the small slurry extension. But it also doesn't seem tu function.
I responded to someone else's comment. I frankly couldn't care less about the net wrap, don't know what your point here even is. I don't think even implied that net wrap had anything to do with manure.

I am a former Giants developer, I know full well who does what and etc. THe net wrap not being colored was a design choice. Period. You don't know as much as you think you do about who does what.

The original point, that I responded to, was that we have had more than one update and it's still broken.

But you can easily fix it, on PC, just copy the XML file from 22 over to the 25 folder, and it works fine, until they do the next update.

Slurry extension have the same problem. Upon placement capacity is extended. Once you save and reload, capacity returns to only the cow barn capacity of 100K.

Hello Sorry it took awhile to get back. I have did what you have recommend. it worked for me but after I shut my PC off for the night turned on in the morning to play the problem came back they disconnected again from the Barn's I had to dismantled and rebuy this is getting costly. Thank you for the information that you have provided Thank you very much. Now I just need a mod for enhanced Animals and enhanced Butcher these mods worked awesome on FS22 Hopefully they come back to FS25. I just don't like how the animals work is this game its not fun. its pi** poorly Done.

I think you missread my comment. I was replying to this comment: "I agree a basic thing like Manure Not working is a pretty major issue i could see if they fixed it and while where at it add this bale wrap brand and such, but big fixes always need to be first" from baltic1284.

Maybe I understood it wrong, but in his/her post it was mentioned that "...big fixes always need to be first" and to that I wrot the wraps which are purely visual have nothing to do with any bugs.

So just to avoide further confusion, I was replying to an other post not yours.

FS22 mod can be used to temporarily fix the problem.
Before you use this solution, make a backup of your current game save.
1 Download the mod -> “Open Manure Storage” [Author: GBModding] https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.p ... _id=252991
2. Open the file “modDesc.xml” and change line <modDesc descVersion=“68”> from the number 68 to the current one 92, save the changes.
3. Upload the file to your mods folder and use it instead of the existing silos.
WARNING: This is not a professional conversion, but rather a temporary rescue of the situation until the official patch comes out. When you put the mod up, you will get a red message in the console about (textures and assets), but this doesn't prevent you from using it.

Didn't I read that this was supposed to be fixed? Yet after a restart of my server no more manure is spawning in the extension.

I also have another bug with the extension and that's with a brand new barn and a brand new extension, about 10 minutes or so later I noticed it had manure in it and at one point I even saw a little bit added but then when I walk up to it it's showing zero liters and that it's empty when I try to pull a trailer up to it. If you download the Github version of info display extension Archmobil has included a fix for the issue.

Any chance I could bother you to explain how to use these GitHub files or even which ones I need? I've never gotten files from here before so I'm totally confused. I would assume since you mentioned the GitHub version that the link for the mod hub version wouldn't include the fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open the Github link and you will see a green box saying "Code" click on that then download the zip option.Once you have that unzip that folder. Then get the version you have now unzip and transfer the files with the same names from the github version to your one. Zip that one back up and put it back in your mod folder and you should be good to go.
The modhub version is yet to be updated how long that will be who knows, maybe Giants may fix it in the meantime.
