Logi G923 D-pad Issue

I have the D-pad on my Logitech G23 (PC / PS) set for player movement on-foot, forward, backward. left and right. I've never had an issue with this is any previous titles.
1. It works as it should when you first get in the game, until I exit any vehicle for the first time, then forward and backwards are broke, with left and right still working. You go into the settings, and the bindings are still there.
2. It won't work correctly until the game is close and relaunched Exit any vehicle and it's broke for the rest of the session.

I reported this through the official Bug Tracker over (3) weeks ago, but it's not been touched. When all of the bindings look the same as 22, I'm not sure what Giant's did to break this.
