FS25 workers stop instead of waiting for supplies

First time posting here, looked far and wide and I think this is the right place to describe my issue. Workers that do seeding/fertilizing/slurry spreading stop working when their tank is empty instead of waiting to be refilled. The message "AI worker has stopped work unexpectedly - tank is empty!" is displayed every time and it even popped up when I wanted to refill the slurry spreader even though it still had over 5000l of slurry in the tank. Tested both with and without mods with the same result. Any way I can fix that or is it a bug?

Don't know why it stopped the slurry tanker, with 5000 L left.
But it is not a bug that it stops when the planter is empty, standard FS.
