Vehicle Dealer

Is anyone aware of an xml that references the vehicle dealer either in FS22 or FS25? I want to add the vehicle dealer to a placeable but can't seem to find any info on how to code it to the XML. Is this even possible without running scripts? I can find the icons and triggers for it just can't find how to code it. Thanks
