[Review] Problem with hand tool mod on consoles

Hi i got today review hand tool on consoles. In PC is everything good, but on consoles this error appears:

Review. We couldn't certify your mod. Please review your mod.
The following appear while "driving" the asset on console:

Error: Failed to set world direction: Object 'playerNode' dir -0.00 -nan -1.00 up -0.00 1.00 -0.00

any idea to solve this problem?
