FS25 Micro stutter issue

I've been having a lot of stuttering issues in FS25 and I'm not sure what's causing it. About every two seconds there's a halfish second stutter where the game freezes.

Things I've done:

Restarted game and made sure there's no other background programs running.

I've disabled all my mods, turned off anti aliasing and DRS, and reduced my graphics but this doesn't help.

I deleted both the shader and Jim cache folders.

Even after I load into a map and wait a few minutes it still does this.

I know there was an update but any issues that can cause should've gone away already by now. Anyone else experience this or have any tips?
