The modded tractor quality varies a lot and I want really smooth experience and polished looks that fit at least the standards of base game models.

From my experience Dince and Custom modding are toptier when it comes to quality. I also like the Edomods italian tractors, but thats basically it.

Can you recommend any other modders who create really quality mods without pointy edges, no physics and attacher bugs?

There's this one mod https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.p ... tle=fs2025 that is really high detail and very realistic, no idea who made it but it's one of the most accurate models available, made by some nobody but has pretty good format, no known bugs at least. I like it, you should check it out if you like US-spec Case IH tractors.

Karlfarms and casearias modding are quite good. Jhhg has some pretty detailed tractors with tons of options and stylings from different regions of the world. Bcbuhler has a pretty good one and loads of other really great other mods. Ey modding has nice tractors but they’re not as option heavy as some of the others I’ve listed. Then there’s a smattering of great ones like the one above my comment or JGW modding’s Cat/Claas that are really great but don’t have the massive selection some of the others I’ve listed do. Those are my favorites off the modhub

As for EU equipment, I don't know much beside Dince otherwise, since I rarely do European maps.
Some of the modders listed though do have some options designed for European users, infact some weren't even from the US which is surprising.

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate that. As I'm fairly new to modHub I don't have much name recognition at all, and sometimes I feel it in the downloads. It is great to hear that the US stuff I make is appreciated though. Still working on setting up facebook but hopefully you'll get some more stuff from us soon.

What kind of stuff would you like to see though, for curiosity's sake?

I know it's not a tractor or harvester but would an old Ford day cab (like an L9000) be a feasible request? After all this time playing, I still have never got to play with the first rig I drove IRL, the same type of rig my grandpa drove daily. Thanks to Lis early in the development of FS19, I got my Wilson hoppers but I still have never got the other half of the equation. It would be really nice to sit in one again waiting on a combine to empty out. If not no worries. I have never really asked the modding community for anything so I figure one request wont make me entitled lol

I do like the Ford L9000, there are a lot of them around here, usually on chicken farms or as straight bed trucks. I will admit I'm not much of a truck modder, even though I love trucks. I've seriously considered truck modding (always wanted to make a cotton module tipper truck), but unfortunately there really is no good base or reference in-game (especially for the older models like L9000 or my personal favorite, the International 4900) so it would all have to be from scratch, 3d, textures and all, and I'm just not there yet for a project this big. One thing I never really thought about until I started modelling is how hard it is to find reference material for 3d drawing lol...
Like seriously even a small object say, a hitch can be kind of tricky to get exactly right.

If only my facebook page would get approved I could share some stuff with y'all and get your opinions... Maybe someone here knows something about that? Do you HAVE to let facebook connect to your webcam to take a video of you to create an account now? (Yeah, I am NOT doing that LOL) Seems ridiculous, but then again, with facebook, who knows.

I knew it was a long shot but I absolutely get it. No harm in asking tho You should totally take a pic and share the next time you see anything like the above mentioned trucks. Real workhorses.. those and the old Macks!

But back to ewrankend's original topic, what kind of tractors specifically are you looking for, make/model/US or EU spec, etc...
I don't want to promise anything but I am working (or at least thinking of working on lol) a few US rowcrop machines and I can share more info if you want, but unfortunately if you want EU stuff I can't help much, besides adding EU configs and all. That's probably best left to people from the area so they can do it accurately anyway. If you tell me what area y'all would like represented I can at least tell you if it's a consideration, but again, I don't want to promise anything, and since I focus on mostly southern-US style equipment, I think the chance of being able to make something y'all actually want is probably pretty low. Worth a shot though.

For myself, I will pretty well play with any old iron. The new tractors are nice but... I guess the old ones just feel more familiar to me. You can't beat the lobe of an old 3cyl ford hay tractor (or similar). The last few editions of the game I have played a lot with the old MF tractors but modders and players seem to have moved on from the MF.. so yea... I guess a nice old MF tractor.. nothing in particular.. dealers choice.
