Titanium DLC & multiplayer

I brought the Titanium DLC yesterday it downloaded but when it came to the Installation of the game I put in my product code it says Activation sever connection Failure and I don't know what to do.
Also when I go onto the home screen and click multiplayer then click join game it says, No network could be established what should I do
