Extra traction please

Is there anywhere i can modify the traction that a tractor gets. I have added extra wheels, changed torque values etc but this doesn't seem to help. Do i have to make the tractor "heavier"?

I want to find something that can pull 100+ tonnes (3-4 trailers) with ease...Please..

I have had decent results modifying the wheels mass values in the XML files.

add the largest weight u can download that has a hitch on it, then place it between your tractor and trailer
