Buying Solar Panels for 3ds 2014

My son is addicted to fs2013 on his Xbox 360 and while we patiently wait for 2015 he has gotten 2014 for his Nintendo 3ds. We are trying to figure out how to purchase Solar Panels. Can someone please advise? Thank you

That's not the guide for the 3ds system. So it doesn't really help. The 3ds is a lot different. But thank you so much for taking the time to try to help
