Mod file will not link to Game

FS15 mod file has all my mods in it but none are showing on the game. It appears as though the mod file has somehow unlinked itself from the game.It was working fine up until 25th Dec, then nothing. Not very experienced. Is it possible to remove the game or preferably the whole steam game series without resetting the whole PC

Any help most gratefully received. Thank You.
