Buy Parking Lots?

Can you buy parking lots? If so, how exactly; I see no buy icons around / near the parking lots.
Only certain parking lots you can buy in the ski simulator the ones that don't have a buy icon below to the hotels.
Edit: I forgot, some parking lots are attached to base stations at the bottom you must own the base station in order to buy the parking lot.
