How about a "lockable garage" for multiplayer that only the admin can open and take vehicles out from ...
Store plows and other "miss used equipment" safely and away from any "trolls" in this building ...

Also a message board, that stays up, where the admin can put instructions for what needs to be done!?

This might of course already be available as a mod!?

Multiplayer needs to be made "more awesome"!
