Screen Resolution Issues

Trying to figure out why I have such a small screen on FS 15 My actual Screen Resolution is 3840x2160 on my Alienware laptop. However all games I play i put in 1920x1080 for better fps, any other game I have 0 problems. This one however put it into a small screen in the top left corner that's unplayable and had it fixed once but no idea how I managed it, all I did was toggle windowed mode, that however is no longer working on fixing it, suggestions?

In Scrrenshot you see at left side GRAPHICS
Here you can change the Resolution of Display and Game.
1920x 1080 is the most effektive Resolution.
Than you have to go to Window Mod and the Game will Drop on Desktop at little Pic.
When you change in nonWindowmode you have to Change the Resolution direkt in Game after the start.
Save the Settings and start again.

That is 1980x1020 in full screen mode, the only thing windowed mode does for me is allow me to change location of the screen but doesn't let me change the size to fullscreen. The only way I can get fulls screen is buy playing in 3840x2160
