my friend gift fs2019 to mein steam he is in turkey but when i want play game say Game not available in your territory i am in germany whats problem and how i can resolve it?

Do you have a VPN running? If so, deactivate it.

Hmmm. Odd. Because a vpn would be the only possible thing that would prevent someone in Germany from buying the game. Might be a routing glitch with the isp also. Sorry I couldn’t help. Hopefully a dev can answer this one then.
