Milk Selling Instead of Storing

I have a bakery and dairy, which were both running fine. Then suddenly, my milk deliveries starting selling at both of my buildings and I cannot figure out what changed. I'm on a dedicated server and the admin hasn't changed any settings. I own both buildings.

Can someone help? Right now, I'm out of milk and cannot add any to either production line.
