Best choice is custom build. It's much cheaper then pre build and you'll get more performance.
How much performance you can get depends on your budget.

The computer ist not very good, the Graphicchip is slow and the Processor very fast.

I disagree, I did a search and the graphics adapter on that computer is more than double the power of mine and I'm able to play on high.

You are right, this Card is really not slow. It is not the fastest you can get, but it is good enough. The first question should be the price you want to pay for a new PC.

For that Processor is a GTX670 better. The GTX560 is good with an i5 3450 or slower.

CPU Power is good for every Application, Graphics Power is not used by all Apps. So there is no Problem to have a faster CPU than GPU. Many customers use top CPU´s with medium Graphic Cards, if they are not using Games only. The Core I5 3450 is not a good buy at this time, bacause the difference between 3450 and 3570K is only ~35,- Euro.
But, as i told before, the first question should be the price, not the components.
