Installing Farming Sim 2013

I know this is a silly question, but how do you install Farming SIm 2013. I have brought and downloaded it. But it has a file tag rather than an application tag.
Any Help would be much appreciated

I brought it from Simulator Central and I downloaded it from the link on the email they sent me
